Process
Is the survey free?
Yes — depending on distance. The visit and consultation are without obligation. A specialist assesses each opening, discusses options, and only then you receive a written quote. Prices in the proposal may be refined after the final on-site survey.
How long does production take?
After order confirmation: 20–30 working days for standard white profiles; 60–80 for standard coloured; 90–180 for non-standard items (arches, circles, folding systems and complex shapes). Installation is scheduled after readiness, payment of the remaining 50%, and queue order.
Do you install across the Algarve?
Yes. We cover the whole region from Lagos — Faro, Portimão, Albufeira, Tavira, Vilamoura and other towns, including inland areas.
Do you carry out the installation yourselves?
Yes, when installation is ordered. A responsible person for the client must be present on the final survey and installation day. Removal of existing frames is +10 € each. Finishing, plastering and painting are not included.
Can I track my order online?
Yes. The client area will hold quotes, documents, production status and installation updates.

Which profiles do you use?
Two Cortizo PVC systems: A70 Abisagrada — casement and tilt-and-turn (Uw from 0.9 W/m²K, Rw up to 46 dB); C70 de Correr — sliding for 2–6 sashes (Uw from 1.3 W/m²K, Rw up to 38 dB). We match the system to the opening and the brief.
What opening types are available?
Casement, sliding, tilt and folding. We choose the scheme for the architecture and how you use the space.
Can you make non-standard window shapes?
Yes. Arched, round, trapezoid, folding and other complex shapes. Non-standard production lead time is 90–180 working days.
How many colours — and can outside and inside differ?
More than 30 colours. Finish can be both sides or one side only — useful to match façade and interior.
What hardware is fitted?
ROTO hardware with RotoSil Nano coating for high corrosion resistance. Optional ventilation and pet doors (cut into glass or panel).
Glass & protection
What glazing do you fit?
Glass is 60–80% of the window. A basic 4/16/4 unit is weaker on heat (~2.8 W/m²K). For the Algarve, Guardian Sun is a strong choice (Ug ≈ 1.0, less solar heat). For noise, 4-16-6 is better (~37 dB vs ~32). 2-year warranty if the unit loses its seal.
Do you offer acoustic and solar-control glass?
Yes. Laminated, noise-reducing and solar-control glass — matched to orientation, street noise and your priorities.
Which roller shutters do you offer?
Manual, electric and remote. 2-year warranty. Protective covers and boxes are not included; for electric units switches and mains connection are also excluded.
Do you supply shutters, blackouts and insect screens?
Yes. External aluminium shutters (fixed and adjustable), interior shutters, blackouts, roller blinds and insect screens (roller, pleated, sliding, hinged). Screens carry a 2-year warranty.
Warranty & payment
What warranty do you give?
10 years on the PVC profile and 2 years on hardware from delivery. 2 years on sealed units (loss of seal), roller shutters and insect screens. Full terms are on the Supply terms page.
How does payment work?
50% on order confirmation (without payment the order does not enter production). Remaining 50% when goods are ready for install; installation is not scheduled without full payment. Prices include VAT. Quotes are valid for 10 working days.
Can you match the colour of existing windows?
Yes. We work from the manufacturer catalogue — solid and wood-effect finishes, including different colours outside and inside. Bring a sample or reference and we will match the closest option.
